We use Google Analytics (GA4) to understand website usage patterns (pages visited, session duration, approximate location via IP). We only activate analytics cookies after you provide explicit consent via the cookie banner shown on your first visit — no analytics tracking occurs before that choice is made. You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site, or by contacting us. Declining consent does not affect your ability to use the website, book an appointment, or join our WhatsApp community. 4. WhatsApp Fertility Community — How Your Number Is Handled

• The community operates as a broadcast-style WhatsApp Channel. Your phone number is not visible to other members, and other members cannot see who else has joined.
• Your number is used solely to deliver community content, subject to WhatsApp's own platform terms — never for marketing outside the channel, and never sold or shared with third parties.
• Joining the community is entirely separate from your clinical records. Please do not share personal medical reports or test results within the community — see our Terms of Service for community guidelines.
• You may leave the community at any time by leaving the WhatsApp channel directly.

5. Fertility Readiness Questionnaire — How Your Responses Are Handled

If you complete the online Fertility Readiness Questionnaire, your responses (self-assessment answers, and optionally partner ages and how long you've been trying) are used only to generate your personalised summary. If you explicitly opt in to being contacted, we also collect your name, phone number, and/or email for that purpose only. If the phone number you provide matches an existing patient record, your questionnaire responses may be associated with that record for continuity of care. Your responses are never used to generate a diagnosis, and completing the questionnaire does not create a doctor-patient relationship.

6. Children's Data and Parental Consent

In accordance with the DPDP Act's protections for children (individuals under 18 years of age), we do not knowingly process personal data of, or accept appointment bookings for, anyone under 18 without the verifiable consent of a parent or lawful guardian. If you are booking an appointment on behalf of a minor, you confirm that you are their parent or lawful guardian and consent to this processing on their behalf. If we become aware that we have collected data from a minor without appropriate parental/guardian consent, we will take steps to delete such data promptly.

7. Data Sharing and Third-Party Processors

Beyond Google Analytics (see Section 3), we do not sell, rent, or otherwise share your personal data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

8. Data Retention Period

We retain your digital data only as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes described above, or to comply with applicable medical record retention regulations under Indian healthcare law.

9. Your Rights as a Data Principal

Under the DPDP Act, you have the following rights, exercisable at any point:

• Right to Access: Obtain a summary of the personal data we process about you.
• Right to Correction & Erasure: Correct inaccuracies, or request erasure of personal data no longer necessary for the purpose it was collected.
• Right to Withdraw Consent: Withdraw your consent for digital communications or analytics tracking at any point, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
• Right to Grievance Redressal: Raise a complaint regarding our data processing with our Grievance Officer (Section 10) before escalating further.
• Right to Nominate: Nominate another individual to exercise these rights on your behalf in the event of your death or incapacity.

10. Your Duties as a Data Principal

Under Section 15 of the DPDP Act, 2023, as a Data Principal you also have certain duties, including to:

• Comply with applicable laws when exercising your rights under the DPDP Act;
• Not impersonate another person when providing personal data for a specified purpose;
• Not suppress material information while providing personal data;
• Not register a false or frivolous grievance or complaint with us or with the Data Protection Board of India;
• Furnish only information that is verifiably authentic when exercising your right to correction or erasure.

12. Escalation to the Data Protection Board of India

If you are not satisfied with how we have addressed your grievance under Section 10 above, you have the right to escalate your complaint to the Data Protection Board of India, the statutory authority established under the DPDP Act, 2023, for resolving unaddressed grievances.
